In this book, at first a method for constructing of the binary quantum stabilizer codes is given, where the construction is based on Abelian and non-Abelian groups association schemes. For Abelian group association schemes the binary quantum stabilizer codes with any distance are given by using the commutative structure of association schemes. Then, we present four classes of binary quantum codes with minimum distance three and four.These codes are constructed based on selfdual orientable embeddings of the complete multipartite graphs.

Avaz Naghipour received his MS degree in Applied Mathematics from IASBS, Iran, in 2000. He got pursuing his PhD degree in the Department of Applied Mathematics, University of Tabriz, Iran. Now he is a Full-Time Academic Member, Department of Computer Engineering, UCNA, Iran. His research interests include quantum computing and quantum information.
