One of the major problems in Higher Education is the non-alignment of tertiary education curriculum with workplace competencies demand. This book explores the challenge of curriculum alignment with workplace competence in Rwanda. In order to undertake the study, we collected data through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. Twenty-one participants were purposefully selected from four Private Universities, four Public Institutions of Higher Education, and a Government Agency. This study involved participants of various profiles (twelve University Instructors, four Academic Vice Presidents, four Employees, and an Employer).
