Profesor de la Universidad Estatal de Samarcanda, Muslikhiddin Mukhiddinov Kutbiddinovich nació el 5 de mayo de 1945 en Samarcanda.Hasta ahora ha publicado 11 monografías, 17 libros de texto y más de 300 artículos científicos y teóricos. El profesor Mukhiddinov prestó gran atención a la interpretación de la idea del hombre perfecto en la literatura clásica.
