TL Blake would describe himself, since he was told he must, as a world-traveler and adventure junkie. "I like to be where the action is, and I speak my mind, tell it like it is," he says. His travels have given him an array of experiences to draw on while forming what some people describe as "often-radical" views on women and relationships. "My views are my own, but since my writing experience is limited, I sought the assistance and guidance of a more experienced writer, and THIS is what I got." TL states, "I do appreciate all the help I get from my partner, but what did I get myself into? Have you ever tried to have a normal convo--sorry, CONVERSATION with a grammar Nazi?" Their partnership obviously needs some work. "So, I'm not really the kind of guy to spend a lot of time on anything unless I'm getting something out of it," TL explains, "And I hate wasting time so I write most of what I want to say while I'm sitting on the toilet. It motivates me to get both jobs done asap." That's a tell-it-like-it-is statement that is tough to argue. Author Forrest Nelson is retired and living in Spokane, Washington with his wife, two dogs, one cat, and none of them very fond of him. After over thirty years in the casino surveillance/security field, he now devotes much of his time to studying current events, social trends, and formulating questionable, murky and often incomprehensible conclusions from the data he accumulates. His association with TL over the last twenty years made collaborating on this work a no-brainer. It hasn't always been smooth and easy since TL reportedly has a bit of a stubborn streak, loathes public spotlight, and can be just a bit opinionated. But Forrest appreciates TL's astute observations and stark sense of humor. "He is challenging," says Forrest, and adds, "And I am thankful."
