When Beth Hawthorne meets her new coworker Alex Atherton, sparks fly, but not in the way either of them expected. These sparks launch them into an office rivalry full of practical jokes, plenty of competition, and an unexpected hand-holding that neither one can forget. Beth's got looks, brains, and plenty of dates, but also a rough past she's determined to never repeat. Alex is struggling to keep his life together, juggling a new job, a sister with a brain tumor, and a growing attraction to Beth he can't seem to shake. When their rivalry takes a romantic turn, they must decide if they can overcome their pasts (and their prejudices) and give love a chance. If you enjoyed the romances of Kortney Keisel, you'll love the sweet (with some heat) romance in Beth & Alex. Buy now to enjoy a story you'll want to read again and again.

Autorenporträt
I first developed a love for romance novels in high school, reading romance mystery novels. They were the only books I read for fun, and I sometimes stayed up well past midnight, even on school nights, just to finish another chapter ... which usually turned into me reading the entire book instead. I never considered writing as a hobby or career until after college. It became a way for me to unwind after a long day at work, and now it's how I relax after the kids have gone to bed. There's something about creating a story, fleshing out backstories, and figuring out how characters will come together that helps me relax and does my soul good. I hope you enjoyed the book as much as I enjoyed writing it.
