All I Feel is Love is a memoir about growing up, letting go, and learning to embrace change. Four months after a cross-country move at age 17, Bomstein recounts the harrowing and sudden death of her father. What follows is a relatable and honest contemplation about compounding loss, grief, and the inevitability of moving on. After searching for answers outside herself, she starts to look within and begins to understand that acceptance and change is an inside job. Twenty-four years later, happily married, a mother of three, and a facilitator of women's circles, she shares another heartbreak; the story of her mom's terminal cancer and subsequent death. More than anything, this book is an exploration of healing and the alchemic transformation from loss to love. Through creative self-expression, communal connection, and reflective questioning, All I Feel is Love is a compassionate companion of a book for anyone looking for sunshine and hope.
