Walk with Kelley through her autobiographical account of All Lives Matter that includes experiences with individuals from the womb to 'end of life' transitions. Kelley shows us how living judgement free lives can create serenity and open us up to receive more joy along with peace that passes understanding. Find out why she wants to make the case that by reaching out in love to individuals who don't look like us, love like us or worship like us, we broaden our horizons and in the end, the world becomes a better place. This book is what I bring to the table because of my experience. I have worked with, volunteered with, and lived with people from all walks of life. I have been a volunteer with the homeless, in juvenile detention, in adult detention, with deaf and deaf/blind individuals, people who are HIV positive, those who are mentally ill, developmentally disabled, and autistic because Black lives matter. I have worked with seniors, as a hospice volunteer, with women who are victims of domestic violence; and with men who perpetrate domestic violence because Black lives matter. I have volunteered and worked with people who have substance use disorders because Black lives matter. I have parented the children of other Black families while doing foster care for children and teens because Black lives matter. During my tour of duty as a foster parent I lived with teenage gang members and one teen youth who had been charged as a pedophile because Black lives matter. The Bible tells me that God is love and as a result I surmise that He is also a God of inclusion. For me this translates to the fact that All Lives Matter and Black Lives Matter too.
