Having a central theme helped challenge the creativity of each member who submitted a story. If you think All Mapped Out is a geography book, you would be letting your mind wander in the wrong direction. Each of the fifteen stories is about the journey each author takes you on. Some will make you laugh or bring a tear to your eye, and others will take you to a magical or futuristic destination. Whatever the final destination our stories take, we hope getting to the end is half the fun.

The Edmonton Writers' Group is an informal group of published and aspiring writers from all walks of life who are dedicated towards helping each other. The members support one another by providing encouragement, advice, constructive criticism and more with regard to storyline, plotting, characterization, and continuity. We respect all genres and styles of writing (fiction and non-fiction), sharing connections, assisting with publishing necessities such as query letters and general requirements. In the current publishing world, it is understood that writers must do the majority of the work themselves and the members embrace this by giving each other honest critiques mixed with gentle grace and lots of humour.
