Antoinette Simmonds is a proud wife, mother of three children, and grandmother of three boys. She has worked for over 25 years, as a teacher, and she is expanding her dream as an author of children's books, including "How Old is Grandma?" and "Lizzy Has Fantastic Feet." Antoinette remembers the joy of reading stories aloud with her family and seeks to contribute stories with relatable characters of people of color. Her second and latest book, "Lizzy Has Fantastic Feet" pertains to the interactions of children, differences, and the learning experiences they share.
