This book deals with the fundamental problems in the recent advancement of Tractor components and development, which are the frequent failure and replacement problems. Although a vast amount of researches have been done in every aspect of Automobile components, de modification and development by Rapid Prototyping are still two essential areas that deserve our research focus since they serve as computer aided manufacturing for many industries. Through CAD packages the cad model of the R.S. Arm is obtained and simulated. We then introduced C-Based design methodology for exact design modification. This frame work is composed of three main simulation stages: Software component testing, modification and development is done in CAD Labs Natas Consultancy.The Finally, the prototype of modified R.S. Arm is obtained through metal prototyping by vacuum casting. The prototype is validated using UTM for strength analysis, which proved to be of more strength. This Feature extraction and C-Based design methodology approach is most effective in faster production of Metal Prototyping.
