The Alliance of Independent Social Democrats is a Serb political party in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Its president, Milorad Dodik, is the Prime Minister of the Republika Srpska. As of July 2011, the SNSD has been suspended by the Socialist International for continuing to "espouse a nationalist and extremist" line. Their Croat/Bosnian Muslim counterpart, SDP, hasn't been subject to similar treatment. Despite that they call themselves socialists, they've led a low-tax policy in Republika Srpska, with high levels of economic freedom.
