Perfect for fans of the Wingfeatherer Saga or Amari and the Supernatural Investigator series. From the author that brought us 'Fall of the Willow,' book 2 of the Song of the Willow series is finally here, Elin doesn't like to be told what to believe. Deep in the forest, the elves have secrets. They live in the trees that grow high above the rest but the danger lies below. When Elin breaks the rules and helps someone she shouldn't, she throws the balance of life into chaos. Run, jump, and flip with her through the oversized branches of the great Songwillow trees as she tests her friend, challenges her enemies, and stands up to the gods who want to control her. Written specifically for 8-12 year olds, Allies of the Willow covers the challenges that kids face wondering where their place in the world is. With a strong female lead, Elin fights for what she knows is right even when only her best friend will stand with her. Will she be cast out as a rebel or will she rise strong as a leader and end the fighting and the hatred?

Autorenporträt
J E Frank grew up in the backwoods of Missouri and ventured out toward the beaches of South Carolina when he grew up. Now that he is a dad and acts like a kid again, he writes stories for that take him back to a more fantastic version of his natural habitat. He is very grateful for his supportive wife and kids who give the best feedback and inspire many of the multicultural adventure stories. When he's not writing, and many times while he is, J E Frank can probably be found working as a physical therapist or traveling the world as a secret agent, superhero, adventurist, disguised as a tourist.
