In the present investigation,the efficacy Allyl isothiocyanate(AITC)against N-nitrosodiethylamine induced experimental liver carcinogenesis and in human hepatoma cell line (HepG2)were studied.Cell migration inhibition effect of AITC reveal that the drug has a role in delay of cancer progression . The dose dependent protein expression of P53 and Caspase 3 disclose the anticancer potency of the drug AITC.This was confirmed by various biochemical,molecular biological and histopathological examinations as well.
