Bernadette Lubasi MBA, holds a MsM/ESAMI degree. She briefly worked for an ink and a law firm she joined Bank of Zambia as secretary in 1988. Later worked in the staff welfare dept as HR officer Coordinating the bank's HIV/AIDS programme.She is now Vice President of Bridging the Gap, an NGO working with under privileged youths in Lusaka, Zambia.
