Present work aims at physical and biochemical characterization, and antioxidative assay of parenchymatous gel obtained from different growth periods of Aloe vera L. A concerted effort has also been made to establish a possible relationship between the various properties of aloe hydro-gel with chemometric analyses. Such characterization provides primitive information prior to gel processing and optimization of the component of value chain of Aloe vera. The information also helps in characterization of gel under various process conditions, and their comparison with the native gel in order to…mehr

Produktbeschreibung
Present work aims at physical and biochemical characterization, and antioxidative assay of parenchymatous gel obtained from different growth periods of Aloe vera L. A concerted effort has also been made to establish a possible relationship between the various properties of aloe hydro-gel with chemometric analyses. Such characterization provides primitive information prior to gel processing and optimization of the component of value chain of Aloe vera. The information also helps in characterization of gel under various process conditions, and their comparison with the native gel in order to optimize the processing operations as well. In addition, present findings can be utilized for the establishment of re-hydration techniques of aloe hydro-gel.
