Dia Shaw has a true affinity for birds and their many colors, shapes, and sizes. In the California home she shares with her husband Paul, many birds visit their backyard daily to her absolute delight. She began painting birds for her grandchildren on wooden blocks and flash cards. Eventually she came up with a collection of birds from A to Z as a fun way to appreciate their diversity.
