In six Chapters, this book presents the Don Bosco Programme as an Alternative Approach to Educational Pedagogy in Kenya. The Don Bosco Programme approach has been implemented in the country for more than twenty years and could be an effective alternative to educational management in Kenya which has often experienced challenges. It is notable that this programme has never been evaluated academically by an external evaluator to find out its effectiveness and possible application outside Don Bosco institutions.Literature review reveals that Don Bosco approach is an educative strategy of education.The programme is based on reason, religion and above all on loving-kindness. It is animated by values of accompaniment,friendship,love,consolation and understanding.
