The success of achieving universal participation of primary education is determined by its quality which can be expressed in terms of the competence of teachers, the relevance of the curriculum, availability of teaching materials and necessary facilities. This book is intended to identify and examine the implementation of NFBE program in terms of curriculum development, competence of facilitators, supervision and support provided to the program and the participation of stakeholders in implementation.

Mr.Muhamedhusen Hasen (b1960) is working as Lecturer and Head, Department of Adult Education & Community Development, Ambo University. He has been in the field of teaching since 1980. He has also participated in offering pedagogical professional development training progrmmes and prepared training materials on Educational supervision and literacy.
