The evolution of composite material has replaced most of the conventional material of construction in automotive, aviation industry, etc. Fiber reinforced composites have been widely used for many applications where there was a need for high strength materials. The composite is produced by using compression molding machine. The composite specimens are cut into required lengths and dimensions for various tests and analysis, namely, wear and mechanical properties like are determined. ¿ The natural fibre reinforced polymer composite was prepared by various matrixes. The limited work on the natural fibre filler is used for making a matrix composition. ¿ The preparation of the natural fiber reinforced epoxy composites was done by a simple hand lay-up method followed by compression molding process. ¿ The composite is produced by using hand compression molding method. The composites were cut into required lengths and dimensions for tests and analysis. ¿ Tribological, mechanical and dynamic properties are studied with various conditions. In SEM analysis, the tensile test and wear test specimen were taken to examine the adhesion between the filler and resin in the epoxy composites.
