Ayo Ayoola-Amale MCIArb is a Lawyer, Mediator, Arbitrator, and Facilitator. She is a Senior Practitioner with First Conflict Resolution Services and an educator who taught Alternative Dispute Resolution and Law in universities and wrote numerous journal articles, books and presentations on dispute resolution, law, human rights, and peace building.
