Mohamed Ali Jemni obtuvo su habilitación universitaria en 2021 en la Escuela Nacional de Ingeniería de Sfax (ENIS). Impartió clases en la Facultad de Ciencias de Sfax (FSS) durante 2011-2014 como asistente universitario. Es asistente principal en el SFS desde 2014.
