Altitude 25 is the name given to an under construction project to construct Croydon''s tallest skyscraper on Fairfield Road in the London Borough of Croydon, London. The development is intended to regenerate a brownfield site just three minutes'' walk from East Croydon station. The building, once finished, will have 25 floors of apartments, hence the name Altitude 25, a roof height of 82.00 and a structural height of 94 m (307 ft). It''s part of the Croydon Vision 2020 regeneration project for a new generation of buildings in the town. The prices of the apartments are currently ranging from Pds. 165,000 to Pds. 1,250,000 for one to three bedrooms.
