Results of this book should help in understanding the protective effects of nitric oxide synthase inhibitors against the cellular damage caused by aluminium-induced oxidative stress. Ivana D. Stevanovic graduated molecular biology and physiology at the Faculty of Sciences. Field area of research is the study of the molecular basis of the selective vulnerable neurons death in experimental models of neurodegenerative diseases. She works at the Institute for Medical Research at the Military Medical Academy in Belgrade.
