Life coaching has gained increasing popularity in the new Millenium. I believe it is because the mainstream American lifestyle is simply not working for most of us. This is not a secret 'get happy, healthy, and joyful quickly' plan that I am 'dramatically' revealing to the world. ALUWE Life Coaching will not automatically or easily give you the answers to your questions or the solutions to your problems. Diet, not diet-ing (lol), and exercise are a primary focus of ALUWE Life Coaching which encourages a lifestyle that requires a LOVING PURPOSEFUL DISCIPLINED commitment to yourself to help you become more effective in making life choices. The book includes teachings in all life areas, including diet, exercise, healthcare, and transportation. ALUWE Life Coaching methods have been developed through my understanding of the core concepts of astrology, psychology, exercise therapy, reincarnation, karma, trauma, and past-life regression. I introduce you to astro-psychology, a combination of therapeutic practices that blend Evolutionary Astrology, alternative psychology, and past life regression in a life-changing and healing process. Simple and understandable insights about reincarnation and karma are also explained. The unconventional, but intriguing, information presented can help you make conscious choices that bring health, happiness, and healing into your life. Mission Statement ALUWE Life Coaching is a low-or-no cost self-help therapy. It encourages participants to develop a personal way of living that is based upon LOVE, PURPOSE, and DISCIPLINE. A unique teaching method that inspires people to: (1) use the ever-present and inexhaustible energy of Creator LOVE, (2) understand their Soul's true PURPOSE, and (3) develop the human DISCIPLINE needed to live according to their own version of an ALUWE lifestyle. ALUWE Life Coaching techniques make you more aware of your Soul through spiritual guidance that is not provided by scientific, religious, or government programs and policies. You will develop an awareness of how the culturally induced dependence upon prescription drugs, artificial intelligence (AI), commercialized TV, radio, and internet broadcasts have created a neurotic, unbalanced, and stress-filled lifestyle for most people. ALUWE Life Coaching starts by helping you change your thought processes. An ALUWE shift in your life course begins with building yourself up through affirmations. Once your thoughts start flowing on the sunny side of the street, words and actions soon follow in a loving, purposeful and disciplined manner. That is the simple explanation of the basic process I have developed. LOVING thoughts. LOVING and PURPOSEFUL words. LOVING, PURPOSEFUL, and DISCIPLINED actions. I call my alternative way of living an ALUWE Lifestyle. My hope is that by reading this book, and considering even some minor lifestyle changes, you will develop awareness of the health and happiness that LOVE PURPOSE DISCIPLINE can bring into your life.

My name is Michael Harold Wilke. I am second-born of six children. My genetic ancestry is a wild mix of Catholic/French/Canadian/First Nation Anishinaabe (mom's side) and Lutheran/German (dad's side). At the age of 74 years, I consider myself to be physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually in excellent condition. I am currently single, but have been married twice to a couple of beautiful and loving ladies. Jeri is the mother and co-parent of Jamie and Jason. Bonnie is mother and co-parent of Ryan, Marie, and Andrew. All of our boys are married and have families of their own. They were raised in a secure, loving, and relatively stable Caucasian middle-class American family atmosphere. This life has been - and continues to be - a breathtaking roller-coaster ride, filled with plenty of life's challenges and celebrations. I have managed to mature and grow soulfully from consciously making decisions in my adult life. I Rejoice in positive outcomes while learning powerfully motivating lessons from some wrong, troublesome, and/or difficult choices. My life coaching techniques have synthesized through honest and open interaction with others, interpretation of personal experiences, along with lifelong reading and studies. The focus of studies have been in the areas of astrology, psychology, religion, and spirituality. LOVE, PURPOSE, and DISCIPLINE are embedded in me partially as a result of the parenting I received. In adulthood, love and discipline have been developed through relationships of all kinds. The alternative lifestyle that I live now is the result of a personal breakdown that brought me to my knees mentally and emotionally at thirty-nine years of age. Throughout the following years of self-motivating recovery, I have become an expert on ME. Recovery has not been easy; requiring what was, at first, an uncomfortable self-loving focus. Time and patience have allowed self-help therapies to bring health, happiness, and healing into my life. Within the parameters of my alternative lifestyle, I thrive as a peaceful, loving, and tranquil American guy. There is very little drama in my life.
