John Fox was born in Lincolnshire and at the age of 15 bought a half share on an Alvis Crested Eagle and joined the Alvis Owner Club in 1964. From 1983-9 he was the Registrar of the Alvis Owner Club, setting up a computer database and compiling Car Registers. During 20025 he restored the second Graber prototype TDU 810. In 2011 became a Trustee of The Alvis Archive Trust and set up the website www.alvisarchive.com. He is a Life Member of the Alvis Owner Club."
