The theoretical and practical explanations on this prevention are made in simple language, reviewed by the Spanish scientific journalist Sonia Moreno. The text contains more than 350 footnotes with scientific information about the discourse of the colloquial text. The monograph presents numerous tables and figures, made by the creatives, Jorge Gibert and Jesús Navarro. The monograph ends with a glossary of the main biomedical terms used, bibliography and thematic index. This book has been published in Spanish in 2017 and its translation into English has been verified by Joe Healey and Felix Bermejo-Pareja.

Félix Bermejo-Pareja, Psychologe und Neurologe, war Leiter der Abteilung für Neurologie (U. Hospital "12 de Octubre" in Madrid, Spanien) und ist derzeit Senior Research Consultant, emeritierter Professor des CIBERNED und Leiter des Lehrstuhls "Alzheimer" (Fachbereich Medizin, UCM). Er hat mehrere Monografien und mehr als 300 MEDLINE-Artikel verfasst.
