This is a therapy processing journal. This journal was created for all of us who, at some point or another, will need a little help dealing with life along the way. This journal is a tool used to not only help you process what you talk about in therapy but also a better way to help you understand yourself. This journal prompts you to think about your last session - what was discussed? what was discovered? what did take away from the conversation? what tools were provided? As you continue to live your life, you can come back and write down any epiphany or topic you may want to review with your therapist.
