What does it take to find hope in the face of life's darkest moments? Amazing Courage is the fearlessly honest account of lawyer and former atheist Kyle Zunker's effort to save his father from esophageal cancer. With the raw and unedited letters Kyle wrote to encourage his father as its core, Amazing Courage shows what it looks like to choose faith in the moments we have the most to fear. Told from a perspective only possible for someone who wrestled with God as an atheist, Kyle reveals that fear is a fraud and that faith is a choice we are each invited to make, even when we have doubts.

Autorenporträt
Kyle Zunker is a leading construction attorney who has helped multiple clients achieve 7- and 8-figure damage awards and the author of Amazing Courage, a book about the power to choose faith over fear. Outside of the courtroom, he has completed numerous ultra-distance endurance events, including the Leadville 100 Trail Run (a 100-mile footrace across the Rocky Mountains) and the Habanero Hundred (a 100-mile footrace in the legendary Texas summer heat). These accomplishments seemed an unlikely future when Kyle was struggling with anxiety and panic attacks in his mid-20s, but he learned to fight fear's lies with God's truth. He put those lessons into practice when his father was diagnosed with esophageal cancer and now seeks to help others overcome their fears through faith in action.
