Riccardo Rialti, PhD, is a Research Fellow at the University of Florence, Italy, and an Adjunct Professor of Product Management at the Polimoda Fashion Institute. Riccardo has been a visiting student at several institutions including the University of Lincoln and Middlesex University London in the UK, Sophia University in Japan, and the ESCP Business School. He is currently researching the impact of big data and artificial intelligence on organizations and has published widely in several international journals, such as Technological Forecasting and Social Change , the Business Process Management Journal, and Management Decision. Giacomo Marzi, PhD, is a Lecturer in Strategy and Enterprise at Lincoln International Business School, University of Lincoln, UK. His research interests revolve around innovation management and new product development. Within this domain, he focuses on the application of agile principles to new product development and other issues related to new product development and uncertainty. Giacomo has published several articles in leading business journals such as the Journal of Business Research, the International Journal of Production Research, and IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management. He is also a member of various scientific societies and an active speaker at several globally recognized conferences.
