Wayne J. Urban is Professor of Education and Associate Director of the Education Policy Center at the University of Alabama, USA. Jennings L. Wagoner, Jr. was Professor of the History of Education and received the University's Distinguished Professor Award by the UVA Alumni Association at the University of Virginia, USA. Milton Gaither is Professor of Education at Messiah College in Mechanicsburg, PA, USA.
