Uzi Rebhun, Ph.D. (1997) in Contemporary Jewry, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, is Senior Lecturer at the Hebrew University. He has published extensively on Jewish migration, Jewish identification and the Jewish family including Migration, Community and Identification: Jews in Late 20th Century America (Magnes, 2001 in Hebrew). Lilach Lev Ari, Ph.D. (2002) in Social Sciences from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She is Senior Lecturer and Head, Sociology Department, Oranim Academic College of Education; and Head of Research and Evaluation Authority at Oranim. She is also a Lecturer in Contemporary Jewry department and a Research Fellow at the Rappaport Center, Bar Ilan University. Her book The American Dream - For Men Only? Gender, Immigration and the Assimilation of Israelis in the United States was published in 2008 by LFB Scholarly Publishing LLC.
