He serves on the editorial advisory board of the Journal of Education Finance and is Professor of Educational Leadership at Old Dominion University, USA. Leslie S. Kaplan has been a teacher, school counselor, and is now a retired school and district-level administrator and full-time education writer. She also serves on the editorial board of the National Association for Secondary School Principals Bulletin.
