Lovina Eicher is an Old Order Amish cook, mother, and author of The Essential Amish Cookbook and several other cookbooks. She writes the popular syndicated column Lovina's Amish Kitchen, which appears in 36 newspapers around the United States along with a Facebook page with nearly 5,000 followers. Lovina and her husband, Joe, have eight children and four grandchildren. They live in rural Michigan.
