Dr. Valter Silva is a Senior Researcher at the Centre for Environmental and Marine Studies (CESAM), University of Aveiro, Portugal. He has coordinated several national and international projects, garnering over EUR2 million in funding as PI and over EUR20 million as co-PI and team member.
