Diane Farrugia was born and raised in Malta, a picturesque Mediterranean island, where she currently resides with her husband, two children, and a delightful Pomeranian companion. Although she holds a degree in Communications from the University of Malta, Diane's true passion has always been immersed in the world of books. A self-proclaimed book enthusiast since childhood, Diane's love for storytelling was nurtured by her mother's clever use of fairytale books as bribes. She confesses to being that sentimental soul who can often be found wiping away tears at the conclusion of princess movies, much to her daughter's amusement. Balancing the roles of a full-time stay-at-home mom, wife, and author, Diane's days are a whirlwind of supervising homework, preparing dinners, and attempting to maintain order in her household. While she used to find solace in cross stitching in times past, the demands of her current life have temporarily set aside this once-loved hobby. In her writing, Diane channels her beliefs into creating characters who exemplify the strength of will, urging readers to confront challenges with kindness and bravery.
