Autorenporträt
Sanford Fraser has been a student of painting in Paris and a social worker in New York City where he now lives. He has an A.B. degree in literature from Wesleyan University and a Ph.D. degree in art education from New York University. He has been published in The New York Quarterly, Barrow Street, Chronogram, The New Laurel Review, and Turnstile among others. His chapbook, 14th Street, appears in The New School Chapbook Series of 1995. In 2007, his book of poems, Among Strangers I've Known All Life, was published in a bilingual edition by Tarabuste Editions in France, where he has also published poems in numerous magazines.
