Foster is a retiree who has served in overseas missions with the Navigators, Youth with a Mission, Messianic Outreach Center in Tel Aviv Israel, and also with Grace Ministries International. He has served in Ukraine, Russia, Hungary, Israel, England, and mainland China. Today, Stanley lives in Panama City Beach, Florida, with his wife, Sharon.
