Dr. Singh immigrates to America on a whim and builds a life with the goal of improving the vulturous medical system in India and one day returning to his family. The story follows Dr. Singh through a crushing realization after increased religious war, the development of a charity hospital with a partnership that turns sour after the death of his partner, Kirtilal Mehta, a hospital transformation in New York that equates to years of court battles and suffering at the hands of the Berger Commission.

Jacqueline is a proud mother of two children. After many awards for a young author in school, Jacqueline first authored Grief Share for Kids, a Christian based grief program that Jacqueline also ran at a local church. She has a Master's Degree in Education and a Bachelor's Degree in Substance Abuse. She was the first person to graduate from college in her family. She is a Patient Ambassador representing Acthar Gel for Mallinchrodt Pharmaceuticals and is a self-employed entrepreneur. She was honored that Dr. Singh chose her to be his voice for his life's journey after sampling her writing. Dr. Singh said, "Jacqueline navigated my life in emotional ways that I never understood before."
