Until a few years ago it was difficult to conceive of educational units as a business organization. However, today there is a fusion between organizational behavior and its application in modern educational administration models. For this reason, the processes must be applied as any company, starting with the recruitment of personnel that begins with a pre-selection phase applying the observation and the previous interview, to know general data of the person; an analysis based on the data of his resume and finally proceeds to the hiring, where the workload of the staff will be assigned according to the profile.The purpose of this research was not only to perform an analysis of some factors, but to propose a "SELECTION PLAN AND STRATEGIC PLAN OF INSTITUTIONAL STRENGTHENING", in order to improve processes and thus raise the quality of service offered.
