Dr. Annette Gilzene was born in Jamaica and migrated to the USA in 1992. Dr. Gilzene taught Economics and Mathematics for many years at the Brown's Town Community College, Jamaica, W. I. In 2009, Annette received a doctorate in education from Pepperdine University, California. She is an editor extraordinaire of books, theses, and dissertations.
