The aim of this research is to analyse the Jus Postulandi institute and the need for a legal professional in the Special Civil Courts. This is a bibliographical study. The technique used was bibliographical research (secondary sources) and documentary research (primary sources). It emerges from the study that legal professionals are extremely important in helping all citizens to have the right of access to justice and the judiciary. Társis Fellipe Ferreira Prado, BA in Law from the Promove University Centre of Minas Gerais, was a trainee for two years at the Court of Justice of Minas Gerais (TJMG), specifically at the Special Civil Court of Belo Horizonte. Author of the book: Uma análise do Instituto Jus postulandi.
