The aim of this research is to analyse the Jus Postulandi institute and the need for a legal professional in the Special Civil Courts. This is a bibliographical study. The technique used was bibliographical research (secondary sources) and documentary research (primary sources). It emerges from the study that legal professionals are extremely important in helping all citizens to have the right of access to justice and the judiciary. The conclusion is that the right to access to justice and the judiciary is more effective, achieving the citizen's desired right, with the effective participation of legal professionals as their representatives.
