Mark Joseph Young began parachurch ministry in 1972, and obtained degrees in Biblical Studies from Gordon College and Luther College of the Bible and Liberal Arts, a doctorate from Widener University School of Law, and a Mensa membership. Serving for over 25 years as Chaplain of the international interdenominational Christian Gamers Guild, he teaches intensive undergraduate-level courses in the New Testament, and has published numerous articles about integrating faith with our ordinary lives.
