Ever wondered what it would be like to have an angel with you in the classroom? This delightful book is an immersive and engaging read which has a strong positive message. Jodie is thrilled to see her twin-angel, Belle, at school, especially when she tells her that she will be spending more time in the classroom with her. However, when a new supply teacher Miss Smiley turns up to take the class, things don't quite go to plan. During an art lesson a precious diamond and sapphire ring belonging to Miss Smiley goes missing and Jodie, with a little divine intervention from Belle, tries to get to the bottom of what has happened to the ring. However, when she gets home after school she discovers that the missing ring has been put in her pencil case and she is rather shocked and confused by this. Jodie then sets out to discover who has hidden the ring and she is once again surprised by what she discovers nevertheless, she does her best to put everything right again. More revelations occur at the end of the story when Jodie gets to meet a new girl from next door who has just moved in called Connie. Jodie soon discovers that they share a unique secret with one another; they each have their own angel who is with them whenever they need support and friendship.
Autorenporträt
For as long as I can remember my dream was to be a primary school teacher and this ambition was fulfilled in 2003 when I finally qualified, having had a previous career working in banking and finance. I was lucky to have worked in two great schools teaching eight-year-olds, and to be able to share my passion of reading and storytelling with the children. In 2021 I retired from the classroom, which has now allowed me more free time to pursue my love of writing and creative art projects. Also, I enjoy giving inspirational talks within the community and visiting schools to discuss writing and talking about angels!
