Marilyn L. Laspiñas is a professional and practicing librarian. She is the Program Chair of the Master of Library Information Science (MLIS) of Cebu Normal University. She¿s teaching in the graduate school program on Library and Information Science and in the undergraduate education on Public Administration and General Education courses.
