Dr. Achegbulu holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A Hons) Degree, Master of Public Administration (MPA) and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) Degree all from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria. He teaches Public Policy Analysis, Administrative Behaviour, etc. in the Department of Public Administration, Kogi State University, Anyigba, Nigeria.
