M. Rajesh Kumar Gurjwar est titulaire d'un doctorat de l'École d'études en zoologie, Université Jiwaji, Gwalior, M.P., Inde. Il a obtenu un M.Sc. et un M.Phil. (Zoologie) de la même université. Il a publié de nombreux articles de recherche dans des revues nationales et internationales.
