There is no prior study that examined job satisfaction as the mediator in the relationship between organizational climate and employee performance in any financial institution of Ethiopia. And there is no concurrent investigation on the relationship between these three variables. Thus, there is literature gap. So, the main objective of this study is to investigate on the relationship between organizational climate, job satisfaction and employee performance in the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) and to give an insight for practitioners and academicians.
