The author was born in Wolaita Sodo, Ethiopia in the Year of 1971.He has got his Bachelor and Master Degree from Jimma and Addis Ababa Universities in the academic years of 2008 and 2011 respectively. He currently working in one of Public Universitis of Ethiopia which is Wolaita Sodo University as lecturer.
