It is also equally essential to create opportunities for the poor and enable them to participate in decision-making, policy and programs formulation and implementation of development programs. the rural occupation broadens and people get access to the mainstream of activities. Mainly various income generation activities and local level saving program help to uplift the livelihood situation of rural people in Nepal. This study is concentrate on livelihood promotion activities with in the study area of Achham district of Nepal.

The Author (Bikash Niraula) completed his master's degree in 2010 from Tribhuvan University, TU, Nepal. After that he had been experienced in different organization especially in development sector and also published his journals in local newspaper as well as international level. Now, he is working as a Program coordinator in Good Neighbors, Nepal.
