In present we all people aware with Grid computing, Grid Computing is rapidly developed for providing service of sharing space and data over the internet for the purpose of executing user application, So many author given different type of approaches and algorithms for making Grid Computing respectable. When many author developed scalable grid computing it faces many problem like heterogeneity, load balancing, Scalability, dynamicity etc. So we proposed load balancing algorithm with the help of dynamic threshold value that provide minimum execution time for execute all user application in comparison other load balancing algorithm in Grid Environment. and enhanced GridSim Architecture that contain three level first level contain number of resources, second Level contain number of machine and third level contain number of processing entity, in this way we enhanced GridSim Architecture. The purpose of balancing load at each level, calculate average load at each level and calculate threshold value. After that compare average load with calculated threshold value in this way we have balanced all system by using this balancing algorithm.
